Faculty Trainers

Our guest trainers provide you with an exceptional opportunity to experience the diversity of styles within NLP.

We're very pleased that our Master Practitioner Programme features world renowned trainers Stephen Gilligan and Shelle Rose Charvet.

Stephen Gilligan U.S based Gilligan was a member of the original group present when John Grinder and Richard Bandler were developing NLP, and was one of the first students and developers of the work of Milton Erickson, considered the founder of modern hypnotherapy.  His name will be known and respected by anyone in the NLP field.

Shelle Rose Charvet

Shelle Rose Charvet is a true master of communication. Described as "Einstein meets Lucille Ball", her training style is a lot of fun, but with huge depth. Her seminal book, 'Words that Change Minds' is used as a text in several university business programmes in the U.S and the U.K, as well as at Coach University.

Her latest book, 'The Customer is Bothering Me', is a must-read, too. Your customers pay attention to how you attract and treat them.  If you don't understand what truly motivates them, they're likely to get their needs met elsewhere.  The "one size fits all" approach has become a sign of disrespect.  Demonstrating that you comprehend your customers is enormously profitable and  the risk of not doing so is enormously dangerous.

Shelle's Language and Behaviour (LAB) Profiling system is a psycho-linguistic tool uncovering how people get motivated, how they think and how they make decisions. On our NLP Master Practitioner programme you'll also take away a separate certification in LAB Profiling from Shelle, a significant extra benefit to your training. The course is is a great chance to catch Canadian Shelle in action in these shores.
