A need to change –
Twenty years ago, I was running a medium sized business, managing a small team and finding my blood pressure growing, as each new mini-disaster hit my desk.
I had not only a sense of curiosity but a wider search for more balance in my turbulent and busy life.
I knew I needed a change, but what? I spontaneously signed up for a course and quickly spotted that not only did I completely lack this new set of skills, but I wanted to master them.
I didn’t know where this journey would take me at that time, but it had a profound effect upon me. It did take work and time – but it was worth it.
How did NLP coaching help my day to day?
I found myself much more able to contain my stress and maintain a good level of energy. I stopped ‘spilling out’ on others. Also, the effect of active listening seemed to boost my management skills to a new level – I began to notice things and engage my staff and customers in powerful new ways. My personal relationship also improved.
My courses now have a range of people attending for professional qualifications, but I retain a focus to still offer those same improvements that I sought when I first started.
