I met Covey once at a lecture he gave and I asked him a question, “Stephen, your second habit is ‘begin with the end in mind’ – what happens when you get there?’  He stumbled in his response and later came up to me and said he found the question thought provoking and hadn’t answered me well. He also admitted that the word paradigm was the same as belief!

Humility made him human and an authentic communicator. His profound belief in universal values that he called ‘principles’ created a positive world view that touched and changed many lives (including my own).
