I found that many professionals wanted to learn NLP and coaching, but were unable to because of CPD rules. Our accreditation will now open the door to them. This represents a substantial widening of the scope of what is available to professionals. Previously they had to focus on highly targeted skills within their existing disciplines. NLP presents a bigger picture, a broader set of life skills that can improve performance in various, often unconnected, aspects of work.
In the past, course delegates from the professions have commented on the variety of people attending our courses and how stimulating they have found this. Professional Development is not always best achieved in an environment consisting exclusively of one’s fellow experts: a broader mix provides fresh perspectives and insights.
We already have other accreditations such as ICF, ANLP and NLPU, but adding this to our list is a great day for NLP School – and a great way to start 2015!
