What this brought to mind (and body!) is how important it is to manage your energy during busy periods.
I have got to know trainers including Robert Dilts, Shelle Rose Charvet and Stephen Gilligan and it’s interesting to see how they deliver consistently while travelling on an extremely busy schedule.
The ability to maintain your energy is a key leadership skill. Stephen Gilligan said to me, “I don’t mind being tired, but I don’t like being exhausted.” Food for thought?
