The NLP Practitioner Course is the core NLP training programme. It's an 18 day modular course which will leave you with a range of skills to facilitate your personal and professional development and deepen your ability to communicate and influence with integrity.

Begin with Module 1, NLP Essential Skills, and continue with further modules to add to your learning, and gain Practitioner certification.

  • Module 2 - 4 to 6 November, 2010
  • Module 3 - 2 to 5 December, 2010

  • Module 5 - 24 to 27 February, 2011

The venue for the course is Regent's College Conference Centre, by the entrance to leafy Regent's Park. The venue is a 10 minute walk from Baker Street Underground. Railway stations Euston, Kings Cross and Paddington are also close by, (Paddington is linked to Heathrow Airport by the 15 minute Heathrow Express.)

On the NLP Practitioner Course you will:

  • Learn techniques for high performance states - bring your inner resources to play in areas which previously seemed difficult, if not impossible, or boost your game in areas where you are already skilled
  • Change unwanted habits - use the structure of your internal experience to replace an unwanted behaviour with something more in line with how you want to be
  • Examine the positive intention of unwanted and often unconscious behaviour to generate healthier alternatives
  • Acquire models for understanding various thinking styles which connect sensory experience to internal perceptions. You can apply these concepts to communicate more precisely and flexibly, and circumvent many common problems
  • Learn questioning and observation methods that you can use to accelerate learning. This is the basis of modelling, which is core to NLP. Use these skills to better understand and communicate what you do well, or change what you do less well and learn from examples of excellence in any field
  • Discover principles that can be applied to understand decision making strategies, which you can then apply to yourself or in influencing other people
  • Going deeper in to the same themes of change, learning and excellence, the syllabus includes:

  • Rapport skills
  • Defining well formed outcomes
  • Sensory acuity and physiological cues
  • Recognising linguistic patterns - language as a tool for change
  • Detecting and using positive intentions
  • Identifying thinking patterns and strategies
  • Motivation strategies, relationship strategies, how people make decisions,
    convincer strategies
