An entrepreneurship model

Entrepreneurship was one of my first loves, and I’ve been honing some training processes in this area.

Here’s a three-point model that comes from years of modelling successful business people. 

1:  Mental:
That the skills and disciplines needed to lead a business and make it function are acquired and used to a sufficient level

2:  Ethereal: 
A great leader is the 'steward of a vision;' able to sense the changes in a market and sense when it’s time to make important changes.

3:  Physical: 
Physical in that the 'buzz' of the work is enjoyed, that NLP rapport skills are used to both connect to people and sense would-be invaders and con-artists, and that the leader is grounded and healthy in their body.
